Our official registration/data confirmation will open on August 7, 2026. This process is for all students who have confirmed enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year. All Peabody Charter students who will attend during the 26-27 school year will need to complete this process. Please note that we use a different Aeries system than Santa Barbara Unified. You need to complete Peabody Charter’s registration at our Aeries portal.

Thank you to all of our families for taking the time to complete the annual Data Confirmation process. We truly appreciate your attention to these important details and your partnership in helping us keep student information accurate and up to date.
We have a few important updates and reminders to share. Please review the three items below:

1. Please Complete the New “Authorizations” Section

Thank you, families, for completing your Aeries Data Confirmation! We need your help completing one additional section.
Please log back into Aeries and return to Data Confirmation. You will now see a new section titled “Authorizations.”
Please complete the Authorizations section for your student.

2. Updating Contact Information in Aeries

We have received some questions about how to update contact information in Aeries.
Why can’t I edit my contact information directly in Aeries?
To help maintain accurate student records and protect student information, families are not able to directly edit certain contact information in Aeries. Changes to phone numbers, email addresses, emergency contacts, or other important information are reviewed and updated by school staff to ensure our records remain accurate and consistent.
How do I update my contact information?
If your contact information has changed, please email the Front Office or call the school office. Our staff will make the appropriate updates in Aeries. (805) 563-1172

3. Address Changes

If your home address has changed, please contact the Front Office. Address changes require a separate process and cannot be updated through Aeries Data Confirmation.
Please call the Front Office or come into the school office to complete a transfer form. It is important that we have your current and accurate address on file.
