ON-LINE PRE-ENROLLMENT for NEW STUDENTS
(In Attendance Area)
Enrollment at Peabody is a two-step process.
Choose the STUDENTS tab, select “Enrollment & Registration”,
create email/password, answer questions, print pre-enrollment form.
Step 2 – To COMPLETE the on-line pre-enrollment, bring the following documents to Peabody with-in 10 days:
1. Printed Enrollment Form
2. ORIGINAL Birth Certificate or passport
3. Address Verification – (one item is required)
a. current utility bill
b. current property tax payment receipts or grant deed with county recorder stamp
c. rent payment receipts or lease or rental contract
4. Immunization records (5 DTaP , 4 Polio, 3 HepB, 2 MMR, 2 Varicella)
Your student will NOT be officially pre-enrolled until ALL requested documents are submitted to the Peabody Charter Office.
Official Enrollment will take place during the Lottery dates below.

INTER AND INTRA DISTRICT TRANSFER REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED

PUBLIC LOTTERY WILL BE HELD ON JUNE 25, 2019 AT 9AM.
